Get to Know Us. There are things left out — Epstein being gay being a big one, though that’s discussed in the preface to this edition — and things are left in that you wouldn’t necessarily expect.
But–unsurprisingly–he puts a big emotional distance between himself and the reader, and there is so niose that gets left out and is lost in the process.
Part of this is because he could not have known how the end would come. He accomplished this by polishing his speech, and if this book is an “as-told-to” autobiography, Epstein’s voice shines through every word, no matter who actually w them.
